Last September 20, Desarrollo de Tecnologías de Depuración (DTD) signed with the Environment and Water Agency of the Board the contract for the drafting of the project and the execution of the works of the WWTP of Cabra del Santo Cristo (Jaén).

The signing, together with other contracts for other similar works, took place at the Palacio de San Telmo, with the attendance of the Mayor's act, the Minister for Environment and Spatial Planning, and the President of the Junta de Andalucía.

The treatment station will be designed for an equivalent population of approximately 4,000 inhabitants. The technology to be implemented, according to the requirements of the competition, will be a biological process of fixed film by trickling filters, being foreseen for the treatment of sludge a process of anaerobic digestion in cold.
